Ordinarily, items ship out by the next business day.  If an item is not currently in stock, following the item description will say:  "This particular item is on backorder. Purchase your item today and receive it in 7-14 business days."   Feel free to purchase the item, as our stock is renewed frequently.  During the busy season of July to September, there will at times be delays in shipment, but we will keep you informed as to the status of your order.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day refund or exchange policy for qualified items.  The 30 day time frame begins on the date the item is shipped out.  Items such as videos, cassettes, CD's, and DVD's are not returnable once opened.  As an exception to this rule, Switched-on Schoolhouse curriculum IS returnable.  All other items must be either in like-new resalable condition or defective.

If you decide you would like to return an item, please contact us for instructions.  We will give you a Return # to put with your materials.  Please allow 3-4 business days for processing once item is received.
